How could it be bad news when first filed and then not good news when the matter has been resolved? Fact is that Mesoblast have now got less risk of being liable than many other companies.
Going forward SI's reputation has been restored, no longer can you or whylie , JB point to the law suits and say his words are worthless without looking even more desperate in attacking a company that you don't hold.
Yes this is bad news for some that don't hold, it is very good news for holders.
