By “has been resolved subject to Federal Court approval”, is this implying that it’s been settled out of court?
Yep, good point Frogkey, the statement does suggest that a payment has not been awarded by a court, but rather the resolution is an agreement by the parties which the court will sign off on to finalise the matter.
