In fiarness this is a lot of crap @Pledge if you had actually read the class action it was for misleading investors as to the chances and risks of FDA approval leading up to Aug 2020. This is so laughable as one look at any announcement or annual report or any report in 2020 would show you the RAFT of warnings and disclaimers including about 10 pages of risks outlined in the report in June that year. if investors want to YOLO in without doing any due dilligance then they can't expect to call foul later and sue?. DYOR is the moral of this storey biotech is about as high risk as it comes!. MSB provided full and detailed disclaimers about the risks, perhaps SI was overoptimistic on some calls, but the detail was there for those who looked. Flipside of the arguements made by some here is that if the case was so strong and the crimes so haenious, why are Omni Bridgeway and co settling for such a small payout?
