"4. The proposed settlement provides that Mesoblast will pay the sum of $26.5 million AUD (Resolution Sum) inclusive of legal fees, expenses, disbursements, any funding commission, and interest, to resolve the claims of all group members in the Mesoblast Class Action and without admission of liability. You will be sent a Court-approved notice in due course detailing other important terms of the proposed settlement and any options available to you".
