So it looks like the lawyers wanted a lot higher amount originally and from the ‘deductions’ in the example and it doesn’t leave much for shareholders who participated
…. as for the timing of the release of this settlement in relation to tomorrows conference call - it certainly puts a damper on it unless they have other positive news ? I see someone has used the Sirtex CA as an example …. They were then taken over in the $30 range. Imagine if the settlement of the CA was to enable a takeover ?
