if i recall when i rang lawyer, one thing i think i recall was that when it goes to final court approval they have a look at whether a firm claims to much for legal fees, leaving little or nothing for shareholders, i ie reasonable amount..
whats reasonable,
what the piont of legal and other costs, go to 20mil leave 6 for others...hmmmm not so reasonable fair to pass the pub test.
2mil is enough for them
