The existence of a class action may have held back partnership agreements from being finalised.
Just one way such actions hurt existing shareholders and those patients' awaiting treatments that are being delayed as a result.
There is nil evidence about any Covid wrongdoing. It is pretty well established that the SOC changed too dramatically for the trial to proceed and further. No one at fault over that and the under 65's data remains compelling.
