I should also add that while this matter seems now to be resolved, it has cost share holders by having additional risk and would have continued to cost substantial amounts to holders accounts until it was settled. So while whylie is trying to demonstrate fault by suggesting a settlement is admitting some fault contrary to the announcement, it would appear to me that MSB has determined that a settlement costing MSB $0.00 is in the best interest of SHs.
