Well, the legal cost to Thorn is almost 3-4 million which will add up as we go and on principles Thorn did not had very strong case hence the settlement was wise thing to do - most of the time the big guns will fight a loosing legal battle just because they do not want to admit they were wrong - I think whether Thorn was sound or not it was good decision to settle the case as the claim was earlier made for 50 Million and there were rumours that a compensation of 100 Million may be awarded - the things are moving in right direction now ....
