Yes I read that - MB knows how to market them self - they do not take any class action on until they are know they can win - Why would TGA pay 25 M if they had such a strong case - they could have fought it for another 5 or 6 years with the money they need to shell out now for compensation ? Most of the class actions relating to unconscionable conduct are found on principles of natural justice and plaintiff always has an upper hand in such cases ....
