on class action including legal . Other companies
since Trump was elected and got stuck into
Pharmaceutical companies in USA have since settled
with DOJ. Mayne has not as yet . So we are not clear.
like the sword of Damocles hanging over our head
for almost 8 years Annually our legal fees are many
$ millions. The board are well aware of future hurdles
we face therefore their lack of optimism is obvious.
The day BOD members participate in buying this
company will go ahead. Until then it’s prayers and hope.
