Agree with your comments.
It's noted that the Class Action was served on MYX in August 2021. Investor Relations may/may not have known the progress of commercial in confidence negotuations and that Settlement would be reached in July 2024.
The matter outstanding since 2021 (that all investors should have been aware of) has been removed.
My understanding is that MYX is only a minor party to the DOJ matter ... but would be happy to be corrected.
