I would like a far more expansive explanation as to how hard they fought these leaches.
And that only a paltry amount was covered by insurance is a stain on Scott Richards in his CEO role. A totally ineffective capital destroying CEO who had no clue and did a horrible job on the Teva Generics acquisition. I would love to have seen the competitive market analysis that was in the Board Paper seeking Board approval for the Teva Generics acquisition.
