I think, and you should definitely check my maths, we need a minimum of 7.2 to 1 consolidation to get us to about 1 billion shares on market, then all that needs to happen is market sentiment to change completely about this company so the price doesnt tank back to 0.001c within a week or two like last time. AND management have to resist the urge to release more shares immediately.

Id be curious to know if anyone has the time frames from the previous consolidation to firdt cap raise, issue of securities, and drop back to 0.001c.

If I were even remotely considering this company I would seriously consider waiting until after the next gm, consolidation, and marker point for deal with AusR AG. At least one of these things could either cut your investment by half, or potentially, cost your entire investment if clz dont hit the targets agreed to in funding project(seems likely based on historical experience).
