Im not sure if youre being facetious or not, but my understanding is because clz have the terrible habbit of paying for things by issuing shares. They don't take them out of the boards portfolio, they raise 'Application for quotation of securities' requests with someone (ASICC?). Have a scroll through how many they have requested in the last few months alone. Im not 100% sure as Im still learning, so please, if anyone can explain this better or whatever then for the love of god do so.
