It is standard practice for them to post their odd-ball schemes , in paid adverts. This helps to lessen the compliance restrictions , that releases to market require.
I feel for anyone who get stuck in this share, particially when they are unable to sell on-market, and espectally those who get diluted by company share consolidattion, whilst spending many months in the sell cue -with no bidders
