so CLZ gets $10 million up front but don't have to deliver gold till september & if they don't deliver AUresources can take all CLZ assets. Where is the vote for all of this . They say it is a binding agreement . They must have really been broke to have signed this .
Don't forget that half the loan providers also have guarantees over company assetts.
