Everyone needs to read the announcement carefully.

"The Company advises that there is a risk that any production may not be achieved during the term of
the first advance."

They dont say risk of production not being commenced. Or risk it wont restart. It says, right in their own words, there is a risk production wont be ACHIEVED. That can only mean production has not only ceased at the single dore bar we saw however long ago. They arent even confident they can replicate that process consistently enough to pay back the loan.
