Looks like control of CLZ could pass to AUresources.Once they had control , they would be free to sell it on to another party-guess who that could be.
So they are in the hot seat now, if they didn't produce the cash or the gold , ownership passess to AU resources.
Surely they will have to call a vote on all of this .Also FIRB approval might be required .
The overiding of existing financial arrangement /loans etc , may upset a few people . I still believe it's about getting share sales on market , so sellers can get out so as to generate some cash as i think they are likely well and truely broke
None of this is going to happen.Not surprised they don't answer the phones .
