It should be immediately suspended till it's voted on . But because of the way they have manipulated the share capital, they would probably have the numbers to get the votes though anyway. About 100 million dollars have been poured into this company over 11 years . Now the Company Board has made an agreement to sign away all shareholder interest- if they don't do something . Well, they have not been meeting guidelines for 11 years, so it shouldn't be very hard for them to not achieve a task. If you have an interest here, fill out the ASX/ ASIC complaints form now.
