So CLZ get $10 million. They could go ahead and pocket it in fees, and then deliver NO gold to AuR in Sept? then sell off assets to pay back the loans (which appear to be from associates of theirs and have a monthly interest of 10%) and then hand over a company with zero capital assets but still walk away with a truck load of cash? This has been a not to expensive lesson for me, but a loss non the less
