They have issued so many shares that they have made trading in them illogical, and driven the share price so low ie one-tenth of a cent, that there is no incentive to pay that higher price on-market price of a tenth of a cent when recently they recently issued shares 20 percent below that ie eight - one-hundredths of a cent. There are not many people who are naive enough to buy on the market and guarantee sellers a 20 percent windfall. This just demonstrates how stupid they think people are.
