Possibly $30k Christmas bonuses to the two directors that chipped in to payback for the illusion of directors actually parting with their own money and supporting the company IMO. Because if you were a director there is absolutely no way you would participate in the cap raise and if you did, it kind of shows the calibre and intelligence of the directors they attract.
