Post consolidation this stock only ever really had one green day and it was the day that they announced the joint venture deal with Gold Valley and it was speculated on here at the time that announcement was set up so the holders of the convertible notes could exit with a profit. That deal never came to fruition and an extension for confirmation of that deal was granted due to circumstances out of both parties control,that extension was until the end of March but it was never mentioned again...by then the SP was probably sitting at .001 anyway so confirmation that the deal wasn't proceeding couldn't have sank the price any lower anyway
