I had to laugh at the words “due diligence”, which reinforces to me the sham this really is.
What on earth did they base this “due diligence” on? There is no PFS, no DFS and the last resource upgrade they actually found less gold (dore) than they had before.
The wafer thin dore that they have, came from a couple of mounds of dirt on a rom pad fed through a prehistoric piece of rusty equipment and has come with no production figures to speak of but this was apparently good enough “due diligence” for Au Resources to say, “yep, we’re happy to give you $60mill all up”
By the way daftgarf, if “big deano” is producing as much dore as you say he is, why do they need this money? I’ll tell you why…Transfer of ownership out of shareholders hands and into friendly hands.
