So it works something like this . The company encourages the CN holders to convert to shares as the shares will run on the announcement of the deal with golden Vally . Where Golden Valley subscribers to the Convertable Notes ? Did they convert to shares before the announcement & sell any on the announcement? What if this deal doesn't go ahead for some reason ?
