Interesting analysis. You’ve probably saved them 4 months of due diligence. It’s very ambiguous as to whether the $10mill is part of the deal to pay back or the $10mill is what they will spend and 30% of profits is their reward. In the second instance they will only make $2.7mill. I read it as the latter. Hardly seems worth it. My suspicions of the chances of this deal ever seeing the light of day is nil. The logistics of managing this operation (if in fact it’s legitimate) and making a profit seem too complicated for this management IMO.
