Yes of course tipster that will be safe move to buy after due diligence. No one can perdict if it will go ahead or not but announcement has made untill then with 5 million market cap i am not risking anything.
i started buying parcels now and if GV deal is terminated i will be first person to sell at loss and move on simple.
