Plus as others have mentioned, what to do with the useless $6.5 mill table ornament turning to rust. There’s probably more than meets the eye here and I would be very wary of the connections IMO. Again as others have pointed out, will inflated costs eat out any profits? That 70% profit figure is very ambiguous when you don’t know in advance what you’re up for. I wouldn’t be getting to excited yet without further information.
