After all the hype settles just remember we are talking 4-5 months if there's an agreement, is the $10M given before as they have a $20M debt at on balance sheet in liabilities!
4-5 months without any funding mean they will create more debt and liabilities before so may in fact be closer to $25M in debt before this agreement is in effect and if it proceeds.
