Besty you have to understand that many investors have lost substantial capital after investing in CLZ. Then to rub salt into open wounds and after Shares on issue reached North of 31billion they lost 149 shares for every 150 held cancelled by the consolidation. They downramp to warn others off and encourage the newbies to please do some research. To upramp (and I wont mention names here) and be paid either in cash or shares to do so is worse than downramping. That is criminal and illegal .
