Actually forgot this was separate to the GV option.
Sooo up to 420m shares coming on the register from something close to 2.6m, at the maximum, that's how I'm reading it as LDA can subscribe to up to 200% of the offer?
Already a billion shares on issue, LDA to possibly own 40% of the company after providing 17.33% of their total funding available?
Am I missing something?
