    Almost forgot: $5.1M of the $20M LDA Capital funding relates to Convertible Notes and there's also fees, discounts and options as part of the deal which if I recall correctly are far less than current SP to excise.

    A very nasty deal with major implications to the share price and number of shares on issue.
