Yes, the timing of this and the compressed end date of this offer (less than 1 month) to me indicates a very desperate need for funds and then the likelihood of the GV going ahead is seriously diminished.

I'd say they are in close to $20M in debt and possibly more at up to 36% interest.

Where's their latest financials?

Why would anyone want to put anything more into this share confetti machine unless you know the actual FINANCIALS?

Out of all their SPIN just one line stating that they should improve their financial position.

One line dedicated to their actual existence and tens of thousands of lines and pictures of SPIN.

This share offer is another litmus test for stupidity!
