So does anyone know if there is a relationship between the underwriters and management?
IMO, they can’t be stupid enough to underwrite this without knowing they are going to make money out of this. How you ask? Firstly the exorbitant fees IMO that potentially could be charged and they have alluded to in the announcement (“less fees”). Secondly, IMO, management are already composing the news release to give them an exit strategy price spike. AIMO not fact.
