Maybe Still is having a little trouble generating enthusiam among it's clients for another raise , after the experience of the last one.To only underwire half of it , signals a half hearted level of enthusiasm .There could quite possibly be a 50 per cent shortfall and overhang in this difficult market. The price is pretty well 1.6 C untill this is our the way .
Can you imagine the look on the faces of these clients of these capital providers , when they first read here about there investment .DYOR
