it gets filled straight away
that's why there are no bids stacked. it's impossible until 0.1c is cleared out of the way.

if you look at the order book at this price and think oh no buyers at all, you are gravely mistaken.
just need to look at volume to get a feel for the buying pressure.
2b shares changed hands today at 0.1c, less than 400m left at 0.1c now

and yes it's all gambling money. the orders were couple of thousand bucks here and there.
but the potential payoff is so massive and news flow positive, whether you believe them or not personally, it's worth a bet.
too bad if you went yolo on this but looking at the sizes of sell orders no one really had a big stake in this anyway, apart from that one big sell at $200k+
