To go into suspension after a trading halt shows to me that this deal was rushed as they go into damage control. If the deal had time to be confirmed then only the Trading halt would've been required.
So, as I've mentioned before, imo the suspension only took place to purge the buy/sell queue in order for those in the know to get into the front of the queue for the P&D.
