    Tailslide..."...project manager...I'd say he's failed miserably"

A different "project management"...apparent alluvial excavations going on to the west of the trial pit. When I did a search of the dealings for the new mining lease application, I only found 1 application to remove excess tonnage of dirt. This application was subsequently withdrawn. It did not accure to me, at that time, that the old Exploration Licence underneath the Mining Lease application was still active and "programmes of work" (POW's) for that ground were still VERY active.

It turns out CLZ had made 6 applications for "excess tonnage" lodged from 2018 to 2021 none of which are refered to in ASX announcements, and none for the benefit of shareholders. If the same management team is responsible, how's this for management...

24th Oct 2018....application lodged and then withdrawn.
18th Dec 2018....application lodged but refused by DMIRS.
29th Oct 2020...application lodged and then withdrawn.
3rd Nov 2020....application lodged and then withdrawn.
11th Nov 2020...application lodged and granted for 9000 tonnes.
21st June 2021...application lodged and then withdrawn.

It seems people have been quietly working away in the background producing from CLZ ground, without the knowledge of, and with no apparent benefit to CLZ shareholders. Taking the tonnage numbers at face value, CLZ has obtained approval to push up to 9000 extra tonnes of dirt. If you look at the drone photo in the relative ASX announcement and compare the trial pit excavation to the alluvial pit in the background, the excavation foot prints seem about the same for both pits, although the depths are different. The trial pit has had 50,000t removed. The alluvial pit has approval for the excavation of about one fifth of that, but it looks a lot more. An anomaly that needs investigating.

Who's in the team putting in those applications with a sucess rate of about 1 in 6. Is this the same dilligent team working for shareholders? Or are they dividing their time stuffing around for someone else's benefit? There seems to be a major mining operation going on here, and someone may be confusing the actual ownership of the resources. Looks like a bit of a free for all.
A question for CLZ: When did JD become project manager and why announce the roll at this time, and does he have special rights as a part of his roll in exchange for services? Are there conflicts between his private interests and his company roll?

Refer to: DMIRS; Environmental Assessment and Regulatory Department if you want to take it further.
