tipster...disclosure is obviousy a vexed issue, i'd like to see more regulation on it not less, what common sense tells us should be, aint neccessarily so. Common sense says yes of course we want to know alluvial recoveries. What are we missing?

From what you say "material effect"...if they have digging away for 5 years and found heaps of gold that will have a material effect, or if they have been digging away for 5 years and have found nothing that can have a material effect. Either way they should need to disclose.
