New shareholders, if you are wondering why there is so much animosity directed at this company, by its shareholders consider the following. I bought it a couple of years ago, at 0,8 cents, that is eight-tenths of a cent . I would be up for times accept for the company, doing inumerable below market capital raises, and inumerable conversion of creditors debt to shares mostly at one-tenth of a cent. They ended up with around 60 billion (equivalent )shares, then did a 150 to-one consolidation, then an off-market Convertable Notes issue that significantly devalued-diluted existing shareholders, When it came back on market, it had a fifteenth of its pre- consolidation value. My shares and options are worth 4 percent of their original value. That is they would need to rise by 24 times to get my money back. Do you think they will treat you any better? DYOR
