Tipster ,I think they got 60 mills and used it to pay every one off.CLZ is not alone. WMC will likely became a class action, it looks like plain theft. I had BLK and Apex Mining around 2000. Apex went belly up, and was reborn as BLK Blackham Mining raised money like CLZ and changed their name to Wiluna Mining and lost another 150 mills.The Wiluna project ground leases has de Drposits grading 6 gram a ton .Leaves CLZ for dead.
