The cost of renting diesel gens and trucking in and out fuel will make it relatively expensive. There's a good chance they could put in a moderately sized solar system just to offset fuel use since diesel gensets are pretty happy to throttle up and down and make good bank. They're in probably the best place on earth for solar resource.
Nothing in the Ann says they'll do it up front but if you're interested in making money you'd be crazy to not cash in on the renewable energy momentum trade.
For an idea of current solar farm prices see this. If you don't need storage (as we already have flexible generation) it's an economic no-brainer. I put panels on my house with about a 30% return.
