They're growing fish for the production expansion, it takes 18mnths+ to grow to sale size. No suggestion they're growing too much fish, why increase production capacity if you can't sell it?
No commentary on whether they couldn't sell more or didn't have more to process & sell.

PAT of $3.5m at 5.3c is a PE of around 25, not cheap but not expensive if they can increase production to 3,000 tonnes+.
