But to answer the direct question- I am up a generous amount mark-to-market but nothing means anything until sale or execution of contract. Like I said, I expect this to be over in the next 6 months but there is chance he can pull off another capital raise...then it may drag out a bit. I just don’t know how he will find someone willing to invest in the midst of an explicit SEC investigation. By statute it would have to be a private raise and probably with unregistered shares. Btw none of this is investment advice.
