I thought any other operators in Australia were in the very early stages of development, and have suffered some setbacks in the last year or two, with diseases and fish escapes. I guess since we are pushing vigorously into new markets in Europe and North America, we would expect to encounter established producers of wild caught fish anyway.
Hopefully our product is seen to be a much more consistent high quality product, and consistent in its supply chain and delivery capacity into the market 12 months a year, and sustainable into the long term future.

HUO started selling their trial YTK out of Port Stephens this half.
Google them & you'll find lots of info plus re escapes.
Competition has always been there, CSS is targeting premium end of market hence their new frozen product, visting individual chefs etc.
I just hope they planned for new entrants before investing in extra capacity.
