Thanks for that explanation Timber. I am long on this one and happy to sit and hold but not so keen to participate in another cap raise. Perhaps the outcome of the court case could be the black swan (or white knight) to influence future funding but it's not something that one would want to be relying on. I have changed my sentiment to hold.
