I think there is opportunity for retail later once core product / brand of high end / Hiramasa Kingfish is firmly established - which is what a lot of the marketing push has been recently.
I dine out quite a bit in Sydney for work and whenever I see Kingfish on the menu I ask where it is from. Last week I was at China Lane in Sydney and when I asked where the Kingfish was from they said it is Hiramasa from the Spencer Gulf - so I ordered it.
I do see see Kingfish sometimes at De Costi Seafood at Macquarie Centre, Nth Ryde, Sydney but have only seen line caught Kingfish there which is usually more expensive.
