I agree, I think there is opportunity for retail later once core product / brand of high end / Hiramasa Kingfish is firmly established. Can't see why not, once the premium export market is established and maturing. Plenty of ability to expand production, if retail market is profitable. As Huon have done with smoked salmon in Woolworths.I am in Port Lincoln at the moment, caravaning. Beautiful clear water and pristine coastline all around Eyre Peninsular, impressive environment for fish farming in the Spencer Gulf, same as I saw Huon have in Tassie (I used to have shares in them, not currently). Ordered Hiramasa Kingfish in local restaurant, delicious. Drove past processing facility, nothing to see from outside, quite small.
Next time I'm at De Costi Seafood at Chatswood Chase, Sydney, I will look out for them.
