Been watching this stock for a little while now and definitely is tightly held, not for day traders! (Only 700 shareholders according to last annual report).
But I like seeing directors/employees with personal interest in their companies, gives them a real motivation to perform.
I do understand your point though, there is a short term price risk if one of the major shareholders wants out, particularly when there are so few of them.
However if the reason for their exiting has nothing to do with the company, then in the long run, share price will return to equilibrium, providing a buying opportunity (and a bit of much needed liquidity!) in the mean time.
